今天是二十四節氣中的大寒，很應景天氣開始即將啟動改變了，這一波絕對會讓您很有感，提醒您務必要多注意以下資訊，提高警覺。

首先是溫度的下滑，今天清晨低溫都還有13-18度，北部稍微降了一些，但還不夠明顯，中南部更尚未有太大變化，預計今天白天會是一個降溫的過程，白天可能回溫幅度都不大，從現在開始下滑，預計周六清晨北部空曠地區，例如淡水，可能拉到接近十度，或是到十度以下，台北都會可能跌到10-12度間，西半部空曠地區也有機會，這是今年入冬到目前最強的一波，也提醒您真的要準備注意，今天開始到周末，要留意這波冷空氣的威力。至於高山，由於偏乾，下雪機率不高。

清晨雖然在北部迎風面有些雨勢，但都不算大，屬於偶飄雨的類型，這還是北風增強加上原有水氣的影響，但今天白天開始，將會逐步轉乾，這波冷空氣屬於偏乾冷的類型，和過去幾波不大相同，北部迎風面可能還是略有雨勢，但預期會緩和，周五明顯降溫，周六日低溫，白天回溫都很有限，預期持續到下周二三之後會緩回溫，很有機會一直持續到過年期間，溫度逐步的推薦產品回升，今年至少在年節假期期間，溫度是回升的，大致上天氣也不錯，可能是一個偏暖的過年假期。

不過這波低溫過後，在過年前，下周二三四，要留意可能有些小的系統接近，台灣可能略受到影響，北部東部可能有雨勢，目前還是有變動空間存在，要稍微留意。

今天開始這波冷空氣很有可能伴隨境外汙染物南下，屬於偏乾冷髒的空氣，對家中年長者，是頗大的考驗，根據往例是屬於高風險高死亡率的天氣類型，也建議您把家中的溫度，透過電暖等設備，盡量調整到接近

20度，對年長者較能夠適應。早晚也建議不要太早起床運動，等到溫度舒適一點再來。年節尾牙多，喝酒後，很容易失溫，切忌不要酒後在車內睡著，過去屢見遺憾事情發生，真的提醒大家多注意。也祝福大家能平安度過這次遇上大寒，很符合節氣的強冷空氣發威。
